Ive often thought its the salt in the dishwasher that removes it.

Its not wrecked any of my cookware, but it does leave the baking sheets sticky!! I soak them as soon as im done with them then put them in the dishwasher and that solves it x

I think acusing people of obssession is a tad harsh. Everybody does things differently, its what makes us all individual :) starving yourself isnt a good idea, but not having a drink for a couple of hours beforehand dosnt hurt if thats what people want to do.

Hi :) ive had a look at some of your menus and have you thought about adding some more superfree in? I know its not pushed so much on green days but it is recommended, i do mainly EE and sometimes green, but always keep the third superfree rule going. Also its good for you :)

If these arent on the list then no! Dont do it, its a tweak and not worth it. Alpen lights are a hexb, and you can have 2 :) or hifis from group x

Try having some toast with your beans and sweetcorn maybe as your hexb? And maybe add some cheese and some veg to your pasta to make it abit more interesting? :) x

I stay well clear of giving mine sweetner, its not a very nice thing to be putting into their little bodies imo. Everything in moderation and eating SW meals wont any harm at all :) same as any meal you give them, watch the salt and sugar and give them extra cheese or milk if you feel they need it x

I think aslong as its fat free and not low far youre ok. However i do remember seeing a post about onken fat frees not being due it containing sugar, check the ingrediants :) x
