    Baked bean and tomato frittata - 4 eggs and a can of heinz beanz mixed together and then loads of cherry toms stirred in. Fry light a pan, dump it all in and cook over low heat. Finish top off under grill. Totally free, add cheese on top if you have a spare HexA.

    Some people on here swear by Slimpod which is something that you listen to at night that is supposed to help you retrain your thinking around food. I haven't tried it myself so cannot comment on effectivelness but maybe worth doing a search for it on the Forums to see what others think? x

    I would second the Beck Diet Solution. Also enjoyed "Eating Less, say goodbye to overeating" by Gillian Riley. It focusses on non-scale motivation, thinking about your health and wellbeing rather than numbers on the scales which can upset your motivation if you focus on them too much. HTH

    Mushroom lasagne (virtually syn free) mushrooms cooked in fry-light then 1 tbsp onion gravy granules (slight syn value) and some hot water. Layer with lasagne sheets (I used verde) and then a mix of 2 eggs and 0% greek yoghurt on top. Had it with greens but bet salad would be nice too.

    I used to make a fab free rice pudding with pudding rice cooked on the hob in diluted no sugar squash....summer fruits, apple, blackcurrent and peach flavours are all nice. Then would eat hot or cold with fruit. Is pudding rice still free on EE and Green?

    I made the baked bean omelette from the recipe in the new members pack and had with some fruit salad. 6 eggs, 1 large can baked beans - mix together and cook. Sounds yucky, tastes fab! Lasted me for brekkie for last 2 days and snack last night, will def do again!
