NEWSFLASH!!!!!!!! The bridesmaids arrived from Landybridal, so that's about a month from when I ordered them and they are absolutely fantastic!!!!!!!!!! I can't get over the quality of them considering they only cost about £65 each. ( I had to pay £8 customs tax, but that's ok) I'm telling you...

I think our budget has come to about 7k but that does include honeymoon and a holiday cottage for the week of the wedding for us, kids and in-laws. I'm doing a lot of stuff myself and using the village hall for my reception so i've been thrifty :O)

You can easily do that with SW, i did :O) My dress was let out a size to 14 for it's former owner and now i need it to be taken in to a 10 so i'm glad to hear that should be possible :D

How long to the wedding?? If i were you I would find the dress I like and get the size below the one that fits. You know you are going to lose more weight and if you lose too much you can still get it taken in a little :O)

You could buy a size too small and slim into it, good incentive too!! :O)

I think you always need to allow yourself your full syns allowance, otherwise it starts to feel like you're depriving yourself, like you have to on every other diet!

You must be sabotaging yourself for a reason. Are you a happy or sad eater. I eat when I'm happy and bored, can't eat when I'm sad.. Are the people around you help the sabotage, that's the problem I usually have! Maybe you can find some new motivation like new clothes in smaller size or a new...

Ah i see, i must admit i only do my syns daily as i did read it wasn't always a good idea to save them up if you see what i mean. I do Extra Easy, i would recommend it, it's so much more flexible and restricts you a lot less :O) x

I'm not too concerned about the hearing thing, i know she's not deaf as she will react to calling her name, but it could be glue ear that could affect her ability to copy words, but in itself is not serious and is treatable.

Just thought I'd let you all know that the doctor has referred Evie for a hearing test and says he'll wait until the new year to decide if she needs speech therapy. He's not worried about her bum shuffling and says she definitely doesn't show signs of autism, really relieved :O)

I'm back!!!! Had a great time in Sweden and ate loads, only put on a couple of pounds, should get rid of them quickly, now back to the serious task of reaching target :O)

Keep going Laura, it's so easy to fall off the wagon and not be able to quite get back on again. But, if you try really hard you'll find seeing even just one pound come off will give you the motivation you need. :O) P.S Just bought size 10 jeans :D

depending on where I shop i would say size 10/12. I know this seems the perfect size. I've still got a few bumps i want to get rid of. mainly on tops of arms, tummy and bum :D

Well, when I went to my meeting I had only had 1/2 a syn all day, so I had a small bit of cake, i worked it out to be about 4 syns as I reckon it was probably only about 15g worth!! That's the joy of SW :D

If you were my bridesmaid I would defintiely agree to get a dress a few sizes smaller, you've done so well with your weight-loss and what better incentive for you than a dress to slim into, don't be afraid, just show her all your awards and she should trust you :D

I think the prices vary according to the stockist you go to. I've just spoken to a shop and they said they range from £138-£185 A little more than I was hoping, but we'll see.
