    Great stuff! I went to Fountains Abbey today and had a good walk, 5.3 miles in 2hrs 32 mins, was really good, some decent ascents too, legs are killin me! Also took the dog out before we went which was 1.2 miles in 25 mins, he is a pain tho! Stopping and starting all the time haha, keep on...

    Well the results are beginning to show, seen a few people I haven't seen for a few months and their response was favourable! Not as much in weight has gone, well according to my scales but inches have definatly reduces in most areas, am pleased so need to up the ante now! :) haha

    Well the places I go are a racecourse, 1 lap is 2 miles, or I do a circuit round my town, its got good hills and decent flat for speed walking, when i have the energy lol, I usually go on the round town walks during the week then the racecourse at weekends or on my days off :)

    Thanks, hubby goes with me as I wouldnt go on my own, he is so supportive, yeah it said I burnt 646 calories, the walk has 3 decent inclines in it, i have put my weight and height in so it works calories out from that :)

    I personally use the principle that 2 small roasties is good for me and same with chicken breast, as long as there is no skin, no visible fat and its grilled or roasted without fat it will be ok, so far this principle has suited fine :)
