Lost2lbs and 2.5 iches all over last week. Nearly a stone now which will hopely go by xmas. And another 17lbs until I'm at my target.

Monday- 2 shakes, pear, 1 protein bar, chicken breast with lots of veg. 2 teas, 1 coffee, 2.5 ltrs of water.
Tuesday - 2 shakes, babybel light, protein bar. Aiming to have turkey meatballs tonight with veg and a bit of pasta.
Friday night : spag bol full of veg with broccolli on the side
Saturday: strawberry shake x 2, almonds, protein bar, gammon and veg. 2 teas and 3 ltr water
Sunday : choc shake x 2, minibel lights, protein bar, pork dinner with lots of veg. 3 teas and 2ltr water

1lbs off for me. I know it's a loss but a bit dissapointed as would like a 2-3lbs loss to push me in the right direction. Had a 100% week and really went for speed and superfree food, will keep at it!!

I use mine about twice a week mainly for chips but you can do other things. I personally wouldn't have paid full price for it, got it half price in a sale. It's so easy to use, clean etc and love the chips!!

Just stick to it, lots of superfree too! So I try and have salad with most main meals e.g tonight having spag bol full of veg with a bowl of salad too! Also don't deny yourself, so enjoy the syns! I always used to find that I'd lose less if I deprived myself and skipped meals etc! Here goes...
I've been the same aswell as loads os spots around my mouth which will take ages to go!! I agree that it's reduction in sugar and the body oing eeek!! Drinking plenty of fluids will help x x

Hi all. On day 6 of ss+. One day was crap but otherwise have been 100%. Start weight was 13.2. This morning weighed in at 12.9 and thought great. Just weighed now at 13.1 and with no clothes on!! Feel deflated as spent all this money and had no food so don't want a zero loss at weigh in...

I'm finding water ok - fill four bottles and put them in the fridge and then have tea/coffee. But still not doing well with soups or porridge - talk about gaggin ha! Xx
Good idea! The shakes are fine but not keen on porridge or soups.....after two spoonfulls of porridge at lunch, i couldn't eat eat anymore!! Will be better when i can have the bars! I'm finding lunch hardest and disguising awful tastes in front of others! How are you getting on? X
