I have tried to cut back back on the amount of food I eat, but i am CONSTANTLY starving, i'm currently breast feeding and it seems unless I have heaps of food then i'm not satisfiled

i am currently on exante, which is 25 a week but no need to add food if you don't wish. or 3 shakes a day plus a meal
another thing is when i finish this diet (i am keep my spare cs shakes and soups) i am debating using CS to maintain my weight. i dunno yet if i will was only a plan then again i may flog them to a mate who knows

avoid the CS shakes if u want to hit ketosis. i started exante on friday from CS and the carb difference is rather a lot. 10g per shake... so it could knock you out of ketosis meanign that you would be hungry.

hummmm strawberry shake isn't so nice but i think that i over done the water. will know for the morning. i done well on CS but on 2 weeks off put on 5 or so lb so thats not good i think i need a total break from food so as i can re-evaluate how i look at it

what i do is dry fry chicken in a frying pan with 2-3 tsp's (less if u don't want a hot curry) and in my veg, peppers, red onion, carrot, mushroom, what ever you fancy. when all cooked i stir in natural yogurt and serve. lower in fat than coconut milk
how many? i lose count, i just swim for an allotted time.......... but i know i'm doing more lenghts in that time now as i've got 3sec off my lenght time!! supper happy with that

there are more cals (by 10) twice the amount of fat, some time even more
lowere protein...

i just have half a bottle for a snack, if even.
