    Just had a quick google and It seems it is okay! (As long as you check the carb level, I've found quite a range between squash) I use Robinson Orange and Mango @ 0.6g carb per 100ml of concentrate whereas the Orange or Tropical is 1.6 per 100ml!

    Few questions :)

    I live, live, live off of squash! Drunk about 3 litres yesterday! Net carbs in a 250 ml serving is 0.3 carbs depending on the squash! So my 3 litres was roughly 3 net carbs! Totally worth it! x I also have it quite weak too! That and herbal teas :) Well done on the 5lb loss woo hoo!
