    Just made a chocolate sauce/custard it was yummy. Had it with bananas 28g cocoa powder 4.5 sins 1 level tbs cornflower 3.5 sins aProx 1/2 pt skimmed milk sweetner to taste put cocoa & cornflower in a pan. Slowly mix in milk (making a paste at first) Put on hob and stir untill thick enjoy.

    weighed my self at work today and a bit gutteted only lost 3lb in a week. I know , I know better off than on and all that. Stuck to a low fat diet and had no side effects etc, but at over 20st thought it would have been a couple of lb's more !:confused:
