Has any of you good souls got a list of the syn values of these meals?
Have purchased the prawn, salmon and cous cous one and can't find the syns anywhere, it has all free foods but afraid it has added bad things! These are the details
I was really good on Christmas Day, full sun free breakfast & dinner then had a few bacardis at night
Went and stayed in a hotel last night and was off plan for lunch & dinner and boy did I suffer!!! Ended up all night with diarrhoea, have felt terrible all day. Can't wait to get back on the...
I know it can be hard over Christmas not to over indulge, I seen this elsewhere and thought it would be good to help people to be able to take part in parties but still remain low or zero syns
Hopefully others can add to it!
I've done the exact same, I graduated at the weekend and threw all caution to the wind and was eating sausage rolls, alcohol, pastries etc
Dreading wi this week but it has definitely focused me again! These things happen, just dust yourself off and get back on it
Thanks for the advice! I think also that at the minute I'm waiting on a start date for my new job, so I don't really have a routine and I'm in the house a lot more and probably bored and feel I want to pick
Is anyone absolutely starving at the minute?!, I can't help but feel peckish, I'm not usually this bad but keeping eating nearly all 15 syns on top of big breakfast, lunches & dinners
Splenda is aspartame free!
I have had a bad reaction with it myself during my sw time, I had used sweetener every morning with my porridge and evening with my fruit salad along with muller light yogurts and coke zero

Syn free sausages, mushrooms, beans, an egg and a small amount of sw chips I should be full, but I could still eat the lamb of god!! I think it must be this darned head cold making my feel unsatisfied
Lol I'm so glad you's feel the same! I was horrified, and I knew it was coming because they asked my OH first, I think it made it even worse
My OH is so understanding and knows my hang ups and hasn't mentioned it to me, but I'm mortified!
Hello slimming worlders
Do you guys share your weight with your partners? My fiancé and I were signing up for our mortgage today and with that was life insurance cover

Thank you for the advice!! I think I'm just beating myself up because I went off plan for an evening, and pressurising myself into losing 6lb by Christmas, which I'm sure is more than doable if I stick to plan 100%
Yes that's what I meant, apologies
Yeah I do stick to plan 100% usually but had one evening off plan with alcohol so was looking for some peoples and inputs on their experience with losses when they eat more super free or super speed foods
After a very festive weekend with a lot of rum consumed, I'm looking to focus and get a good loss this week!
From experience do you have a better loss when u eat a lot of super free foods or when you do success express and up your super free intake?
Looking forward to hearing your replies!
Omg!! I have been a quark + options virgin until today when I had it with a mint options! What a taste sensation, can't believe I have been missing out on this treat

Use fry light instead of oil, and sweetener instead of sugar - I also had lots of extra super free like peppars, spinach or whatever I fancy
It's gorgeous
