A lonely lb off this week, but in truth I am thrilled as this morning I was looking at a gain....that walking about all day must have helped. So close to my club 10 now....soon I hope :)

well I was happily surprised I had a 3lb loss this week giving me my first stone and an extra 2.5lb towards my next award....I can do this :)

well i was so worked up today i forgot to eat my dinner.....hmmm not so good either, so need to get a grip

Being extra good this week, if i want to get to my mini (or not so mini as case is) target by my holiday i have to lose 3lb a week!!!! aaargh.....

2lb off, bit annoyed an extra half pound would have given me the stone but hey next week :)

Scales looking good for tomorrow. My being poorly over weekend and barely eating helped!!!

I want the socks now....you will have to show me next time we go out :) my feet are nasty with work shoes too....well hard anyway lol. I stepped on the scales this morning and had a 2lb loss overnight....tried scales again 6 times in disbelief and still said same so here is to your scales doing...

don't be disheartened honey we all have bad weeks. You have had to deal with so much recently, so what if you have a slight gain you will be back on track soon. We all love you so stop worrying and we can look forward to our spa reward soon xxx

Hopefully if the gob comes in and doesn't make some random excuse to go home again yeah! Its not been a good week, the scales wont budge except in the increase direction.....humph I have been so good too.

Well its weigh in time, I have been quite a good girl this week and really want to get a 3.5lb loss so I can have my first 7lb off but I feel so heavy and fear the scales will be cruel :( Fat club here I come .........
