Simmer passata with carrots, onions and peppers...adds a nice taste plenty of black pepper and a dash of salt! But there's something to do with it tasting metallic if cooked at high temps so had to be cooked for longer at a lower temp! But try researching it.     Fruit is free unless it's juiced---when juiced you get rid of the fibre and there's only 1 sachet for the whole portion of jam. So I dunno how it could have points in it. I wouldn't say your gonna use that much jam that you'd get points anyway as this makes a large portion.

    To help you sleep take a painkiller about 40 mins before bed and employ extra pillows to get your arm comfy! You don't necessarily have to move it but support it. It's an awful feeling :( but hopefully sleep will arrive soon :)

    It isn't advised to fly in the first or last trimester, due to the pressure. Though once you and your baby are healthy it shouldn't cause any harm!     I think you lose weight faster on discovery because we lose a lot of carbs which causes a rapid lose of water. Therefore we lose a lot of stored carbs but not fat, which you lose on pp!
