    Have you tried flaxseed for the bloating? You can get it in holland and barratt type shops. It's brilliant. Just stir a spoonful of it into any food. Works a treat! Also lemon tea is one of the miracle tips on minimins and seems to do the trick too.

    But you do have nearly ten more propoints to play with as welll as a stash of extra points to dip into. It takes a bit of time making the switch but u get used to it and don't feel as hungry as you would think.

    WI day - what do you eat?

    I reckon it doesn't really matter what you eat on a WI day but more about consistency. So if you tend to eat light on WI day and the day before, you should always stick to that as a change will give a false reading. Equally, if you eat a full on green day the day before, stick to that.

    When short of syns I grate half a square of chocolate on top of a bowl of meringue nest/strawberries/fromage frais. It's amazing how far chocolate stretches when grated. Also choc with a high cocoa content tastes more intense so you need less.
