    How are you getting on hun? Advice wise......just the same old - drink LOADS of water, I aimed for 3.5 to 4 litres per day. The CD water flavourings really help with that so once you're allowed them, get them! Also take something to keep you 'going' - don't let yourself get constipated...

    As long as your trainers are comfy they'll be fine for the early weeks. As Dee says they key is not to try to go too fast; just a very very gentle jog is all that's needed. As long as you're faster than the couch it's fine and you'll be amazed at how quickly you improve. Good luck xx

    I'd had one (pee) and I was (naked and squinting!)! Cambridge ? It has been great. I'm stepping up now..... like the LT refeed but over 8 weeks. On step 3 (of 5)ATM which is 2 CD products + light breakfast, a salad lunch and a proper dinner (including carbs!). Still losing but slowing...
