I get mine either from a local Chinese food store (look in the fridge area) or off Amazon - good deal on there for 12 packets for £20, so works out cheaper. They are totally amazing, 10 cals per serving and 0 carbs, and they taste like noodles! Going to try the shirataki rice next I think!

Less veg/fruit means less fibre, which means less poo! I tried colonic irrigation once a long time ago and hated it! I think that the only time you should resort to that or laxatives is if you start to feel uncomfortable and bloated. The amount of water we drink helps move things through, but...
I can confirm it was delish! Didn't have 5 spice, so just used a tiny bit veg stock and soy sauce, amazing! Hubby really loved it too. Cant wait to try it with the 5 spice now!

In attack I weighed myself daily, every morning after a pee and before i ate. This way you remove the many factors that can affect weight through the day. If you miss it, weight the next day.
After that, I would say weigh once or twice a...

I'm no expert, but imho I would say you need to do a 3 day minimum of attack, maybe other disagree? Attack is the best way to get into the swing, so stick with it, even for a few more days to make sure you are on track. Believe me, the results are worth it!

MY ADVICE - DON'T GO THERE!
Over the counter slimming tablets are useless, and the ones that are banned are banned for a reason. I took an ephedrine style tablet once, had massive palpitations and got a major shock.
CD is enough for your body to cope with honey!

I believe scales are the root of all evil!
Seriously, they can change your mood and outlook so quickly (as previously mentioned).
So, my advice is to only get weighed on one set of scales (your own or your CDC's), weight at the same day/time every week in the same clothes (or style)...
Don't torture yourself missus! I have found the 810 plan is fantastic for helping keep me on track (well apart from a wee 2 day blip!)
The thought of food helps get me thru the day!
Try it, see how you get on. What you gotta lose? ;)

Just undid all the good work of this week over 2 days of gorging. Won't go into details, but it was bad....and lasted a full 2 days. eejit! :sigh:

Are you doing SS? If so, why not try 810 instead? I'm on 810 and everyone I've spoken to said the losses are around the same as SS and it means you get a wee meal as well which is keeping me going.
Someone on here (sorry, can't remember who) said something that reay struck me. Basically...
Think 810 is a good idea if you are doing so much exerise - I know I couldn't do all my classes on SS (although I know some folk can), so it might be the best way forward for you

Bad news about your lattes babes - they are mega cals!
A small skinny latte is 200 cals, a large one is over 300 and a full fat one can be over 500 cals!! :eek::eek::eek:
A ound and a half is still a great loss, but if you are having a few lattes, that might be what has slowed your weight...

V true gals - the home scales are the biggest cause of people falling off the wagon! We have a sneak peek and subconsciously it puts us off if we think we haven't lost. Honestly the best thing I ever did was ditch my own scales, what a difference its made

The shakes are so much nicer than LL or CD ones, and as said in a previous post, they mix really well, so you truly can make them up on the move (had a cafe latte one in the car this morning, shaking it up at the traffic lights!)
The bars are totally amazing too!

Ok, we're all friends here, so I feel the need to ask for help.
I started Tuesday and I have not been for a No 2 since Monday. Hmm. Feeling slightly bagged up and worried.
ANy advice or tips to get some action (fnaar fnaar, oo-er missus!)

I have a shake every morning and then a bar for lunch. I like the feeling of eating something (all in the head) but it makes the day really easy to manage.

Do you have the facility to get weighed at the pharmacy? I did this and it gives you a chance to get weighed at roughly the same time weekly in the same clothes so you get a consistent result.
Its so exciting though when you see the scales going down though isn't it - makes it all...

How much salad are we allowed with our mean meal? Tonight I had a salmon fillet with a salad containing lettuce, onions, tomatoes and some avocado (not sure if this is allowed?) Worried I maybe ate too much though?

Started CS today, and so far, so good!
Had 1 CS bar for lunch, 15g of cheese and half an apple for snack, beef casserole for dinner and 30g of nuts for supper
I can't believe I am saying this, but I have not been hungry all day - weird!

I agree honey, what she has said is inappropriate so it should be reported to management (just in case she says anything else in the future, you have the written back up)
However, I would also speak to her on a 1:1 basis yourself.
A few years ago at my heaviest weight, a work colleague...
I have lost 6 stone so far on mainly green, so you will be fine!
Exercise will help, and 2-3 lbs a week is completely achievable
Up your water intake too if you can - found that helps immensly

I have a member who uses success express every day and has lost 3 and a half stone in 4 months
You can do success express every day, as it's a really healthy way to eat

I am up for exercising too, will start tomorrow
Plan to do 10 mins cross trainer, 10 mins step, 10 mins power plate and 10 mins free weights and swiss ball. Gonna break it into 2 sessions (I get bored easily!)
I have a power plate too and it's fab, even though I feel like it's shaking me...
I have cheated a bit by making my own bar out of a butterscotch pack, and freezing it. This (with the muffins) have been the life saver cos I just cannot stomach the shakes (its the texture, I think)
Now having my frozen butterscotch bar with a cup of tea - mmmm!

I am starting my (kind of) 3rd day (started half way thru day one after seeing counsellor).
I know this sounds so daft, but I am dead proud of myself. I have never stuck to it for this long before, as I usually have little or no will power, but something seems to have shifted...

Well so far I have seemed to manage ok, but only time will tell if I can stick to it!
Had vanilla shake spread over about 4 cups of coffee which was delicious and toffee n walnut muffin for lunch - totally delish!
Supposed to be at a BBQ tomorrow but not sure I can face it just yet - will...
Well, onto day 2, and I am sipping a coffee with some of my vanilla milkshake in it for brekkie - its delish!

Enid Blyton's other boarding school books were the 'St Clares' books, with the O'Sullivan twins! I loved all Enid Blyton books when I was younger!
I also loved 'Goodnight Mister Tom' by Michelle Magoriam, and I still re-read it every few years, and it still makes me cry!
