    I think I did around three weeks, but if I'm honest it was the worth thing ever. Emotionally so draining and I think it messes your system up very badly. I found I loss weight very quickly but then when I came off I binged very badly due feeling like I had put myself in a food prison!

    I prefer wood to granite as although granite is hard wearing the slighted mark always show up and my kitchen is far to sunny to be forgiving. Those cupboards would look gorge with a dark top either stone (midnight) or wood (walnut) Hope this helps.

    Morning Tee, Ha ha to the magners, we live in a corner house and its a big plot so fence goes all the way round. Broccoli soup (can add cauliflower too). Boil the veg in any stock, half full. Add tablespoon or 2 of grated cheese, blitz with blender, add tablespoon cream and season to taste. X
