    Take the calories out of your snacks or dinner allowance. I have worked out that a cup of tea with semi skimmed milk n no sugar is about 25 cal so my 4 cups of tea a day make up one of my 100 cal snacks

    Does the menu not have an under 600 cal option highlighted on it? Some places do. You are doing the right thing by sticking to tomato based sauces rather than creamy sauces with your pasta.

    Tonight I had sausage casserole, If I worked it out right when I made it and portioned it up it's about 600 cal. If I'm making a casserole or stew of some kind I tend to make enough for 4 and portion it up and freeze it.

    no I know what you mean, luckily more often than not I have lunch by myself so it's not too bad, but I find the meal bars are best for lunch, people seem to question it less when you are eating something that looks like food lol.

    I haven't had any side effects on slimfast. I'd consider goin to your doctor, it could be the sudden drop in calories that has effected you or it could be something else.

    You should be able to get it in most big supermarkets, I use asda purely because it's my local. It's hartley's sugar free jelly powder that you can make up yourself.

    Your welcome, I couldn't cope without my cups of tea lol. I do have green tea as well though which I really enjoy and it does give you a caffine kick in the mornings without the calories. I get twinings green tea with grapefruit and pineapple at about 2 calories per mug!
