    I find being an online member ok actually. I looked into going to a meeting but the only ones near me were at times that I couldn't go. To be honest I just like having the app to track my food and to also record my weekly weigh in. You'll find lots of nice support here :)

    That picture is brilliant! Whenever I lose weight I do go to the kitchen and hold the equivalent weight in sugar and think "that's how much less I'm now carrying around with me". I find it helps :-) xx

    Crisps can be a big weakness of mine too. I try not to have them in the house as I know I'll eat them. It helps that although OH can eat whatever he likes so we have lots of snacks in the flat...He likes the flavours of crisps that I don't like so I have no temptation there :-)
