    I made a lovely soup the other day, roasted every veg you could think of in frylight then popped it all in the slow cooker with some stock for a few hours and the taste was fab, going to make it again in the week, great for lunch at work .

    I'm pleased to say I had a lovely tea today, slimming world Italian sausage with lots of roasted veg and broccoli. Only eaten butternut squash once before but I steamed it and I was not that impressed but today I roasted it and it has now become a new favourite!

    I know you said you don't like cold foods for breakfast and I was the same! but I am really loving overnight oats with lots of berries and syn free yoghurt, best of all make it the night before and even if your rushing around in the mornings you can take it and eat it on the go.

    Hi all, I managed 100 squats and 40 lateral, purchased some 1.5kg dumbbell, I can really feel the difference as I have been using tins of beans!, still feeling the muscle aches in my legs from my 7 mile walk on Sunday but I'm working through the pain, and feeling good.

    My goodness Supergirl please don't be disappointed that a loss of 4.5lb that is fantastic, look at it as the same weight as 2 bags of sugar. I don't have scales at home anymore, threw them out because of that very reason. Keep up the fantastic work.

    To be honest Passion fruit I had no idea what Quark was! I can't believe how many recipes contains this wonderful product, I am going to try the chocolate mousse next and then the strawberry cream cups, it would be great to have a go-to treat in the fridge....
