    I wouldn't set your lose too high, remember this is a journey and not a race, just take it week by week and see where you are by Christmas. Don't put added pressure on yourself.

    Hi don't get down about it sounds like you have hit a plateau, you body has got used to what it is doing. Try mixing things up a bit. Do you eat the same thing over and over again? How do you track your calories everyday?

    Welcome and good luck! I do not go to a class any more I do it from home - two children and working full time, I just do not get the time to go to a class, I prefer to go to a Zumba or dance class with my spare time, do a bit of body magic.

    Hi having taken a quick look they all look good. I would double check all your syn values and the HE b weights to be 100% sure. Also try increasing the amount of superfree foods you snack on during the day. I have always found that the more I eat the more I lose.
