    I'd avoid diet coke its coke zero you should drink instead its because all the other coke have citric acid in which can bring you out of ketosis :) I have coke zero de pepper zero and there are some other drinks which don't have Citric acid :)

    I think it can't affect periods I remember when I was on Cambridge my Cambridge counsellor person told me can also affect your contraception which was worrying not sure if this is correct though but I was ok with mine :)

    I'm on day 12 now and for some reason I am wanting to eat not sure why haven't Cheated and drinking lots as well. Only thing that's different is I've had wafers.     You could have three packs a day with a protein meal then on Monday just stick to protein until you packs come like eggs and chicken and your veg :) I'd eat the oatmeal I've had to force some shakes down maybe as some cinnamon good luck !!

    They can be a tad depressing as I know I've lost weight this first week and weigh in tomorrow but had a sneaky weigh in Sunday and my fat had increased and muscle mass decreased lol hoping its just a water thing :) hopefully metabolic age will get lower over the next few months.

    Yeah it's visceral fat mine is 7 anything under 12 is good but mine could be a lot better bearing in mind my age when I get to my goal which currently is 11 and half where I was last time (prob move it once I get there) I want to start being active and work on the results :)

    I would just try the apple and cinnamon to start as I have the walnut one in the beginning and it put me off as its strong tasting. I boil water add and mix ten microwave for 30 seconds and then stir and another 30. Personally I love mine super runny :)

    I brush my tongue and drinking lots helps too. Get a mouth wash :) or get breath strips listerene used to do them but i don't think they do anymore I got some on the internet. They don't affect ketosis or weight loss as they were recommended when I did lipotrim a few years back.

    Weigh in Monday but used shakes I already had :) I didn't had an exact start weight either as battery went on the scales Grr!! But know I was 15 stone odd :( as weighed the week before. Being on Monday have taken measurements too xx

    Thanks, called up and spoke to a consultant who wants me to get a doctors note as I have under active thyroid, this wasn't a problem on lipotrim and know my doctor won't give me one.... Looks like I'm going to be sticking to lipotrim now :(
