My daughters first food was avacardo mixed with some breast milk, its heathier than any other fruit or baby rice or jar for weaning babies and she loved it. I think this is why she is so healthy and forward from that and breasmilk x

Basically, it’s a deep fat fryer WITHOUT the need for any oil. It’s much easier than an oven, if making SW chips you don’t need to boil them just peel and put them in to cook, or potato wedges are lovely in there. It just cooks food to perfection without oil. Also you can bung any...

My consultant told me to be very careful with wetherspoons. Jacket potatoes from there are a hugh 42 syns and NOT free. This is because they are pre cooked and injected with butter to keep tasteing nice and then coated with oil.

I think you need to boil them for a bit more, just until you can stick a knife through them and spray a bit more fry light on them. I know what you mean about not eating them, i forgot to boil them the otherday and they were awful they were like bubbles and so dry lol x
