    Could be a stress related gain rather than red? Were you strict with lean meat? I do quite a lot of red but find if I cut back too much on carbs it works in reverse for me so I do try and mix it up. Don't lose faith, you know it works hun.     WTG Conlou I think Red days work the best...... But I find after a few days on them I do start to crave the carbs. I try a mix, although don't take my advice I put on last week and STS this week :-) Great result for you.... Hope u have found your successful plan.... Xx

    Hi Belles Just did my week 1 core with my 7.5 all the way thru :-) On holiday in less than 3 weeks so just randomly doing a few work outs a few times a week ( conveniently avoiding cardio !!!) Really felt the burn but it was a good workout. Keep up the good work Xx

    Hey Kron, Hope you feel better soon....... I've still not fully recovered from my bug and resistance week 1 killed me tonight. I did set 1 ( except boxing) with my 7.5..... had to drop to 6 for set 2. Like the idea of swinging and singing :-) makes it more fun
