    Just made myself a gorgeous toasted panini filled with proscuito, fresh basil, tesco half fat mozzarella, tomato and aubergine, toasted it up, and omg bleedin lovely, even if I do say so myself. Came in at 409 cals, well within budget and still having a spaghetti bog for dinner. Love CCing!
