    I normally have soup for lunch, then I have a weight watchers meal for dinner. Drink green tea throughout the day. Sainsburys leek and potato is only 210 cals for 600g and is filling.

    I make sweet potato chips. My kids luv them. Just chuck them in the oven for about 20 min. I sprinkle flavoured olive oil over them to make them yummy. The oil is chilli or garlic. I also do butternut chips instead of potatoes. Take abit longer to cook than the sweet potato chips.

    I think that it is both. Just give them the pump on the safe side. My nipper had the same infusion set but I find it too long and he pulls it out alot. I find they don't stick very well either. We were told that he can kept his pump off for an hour at the most and then has to check his bloods...

    I'm not the best person to give advise but from what others say on here, you need to use your dailies. If you are struggling to use them, then maybe use a fuller fat version of something or have fresh orange juice. Hope this helps.

    It's weird that hypers effect people differently. My little boy is fine wiv high sugars, unless ketones present. He always takes his pump off when exercising(football). Are u going something different go be going from hypers to hypos? Do u have a lucozade sport go help keep u from dropping.
