Well - technically I've gained 4.5lbs, but at the beginning of the week that was 6lbs, so since I've been back on plan I've lost 1.5lbs - does that make sense? :D

1.5 lbs off today, really pleased with this as life has been busy lately and I've not always been on plan. Lots of body magic though :D

Enjoy the week off and don't worry about the plan too much, it does our bodies good to have a treat now and then :D

I had my WI yesterday, first official one after Christmas and I'm up 2.5 lb on my pre-Christmas weight (it was a lot worse when I peeked at the scales on Sunday!) It's going to take time for us to get fully back on the wagon our bodies are used to all the rubbish over Christmas, I'm still...

Yes, the company I work for has been bought out by another company and there is a relocation on the cards as well. Because I don't drive the relocation may mean I can't continue to work for them and to be honest I'm not keen on the new company anyway, they don't have the same ethical or moral...

Morning all! I STS today and I'm happy with that, lots of stress at work at the moment and although I've been on plan my fruit and veg has been largely missing. As far as Christmas goals go I would love to get out of the 13's, but I would be happy with getting my 2.5 stone award, we'll see how...

Well done on the STS - I know it's not what you wanted, but it is maintaining. As far as the exercise goes, could you get a DVD and do something at home? if you do it regularly it will make a difference.

I've gained a pound :confused: I STS for a couple of weeks and now this has happened. Not sure what's going on. I've missed TOTM completely now and am now due again so who knows. I'm going to take the weekend off SW and see how I feel on Monday. It's hard to stay motivated when you are on plan...

Pretty good thanks hun - week days are pretty easy for me as I can only eat what I take to work (no shops nearby) and when I get home I just have my planned meal. Weekends are more of a challenge :rolleyes:

Welcome aboard!! You sound exactly like me! I went to classes and lost 4 stone and then gradually put almost all of it back on over 4-5 years. I've now lost over 2 stone on SW with no classes and the support of my Mins friends. I'm sure you'll find all the help and support you need here :)

Great losses guys! Jo amazing loss that's brilliant. 6lb loss for me, partially due to my new scales but I checked on my old ones and had lost according to those too. I'm a stone bracket down now and just before my holiday so really happy with that :D

Yes it did jump, but it always does, I have to weigh about five times and take the average! I'm not happy with my scales to be honest and I may buy new more precise ones soon. Not that I'm using that as an excuse :)
